"Quote and PO process was really smooth"
I needed to get a quote first and then followed up with a purchase order, and the whole thing was handled quickly and clearly. There wasn’t any annoying back and forth or confusion, which made the process really easy. The order came through just fine, and it definitely gave me confidence that they know what they’re doing

The training videos helped me a lot, honestly. I wasn’t sure at first if they’d make much of a difference, but they explained things in a way that was easy to follow and... yeah, they really helped me understand everything better.

"Legit authorized dealer, but a little uneven"
I ordered from trutechtools.com mostly because they’re listed as an authorized dealer, and that made me feel a lot better about getting the real product and not having to worry about warranty issues later.
The order arrived fine, so I can’t really complain too much, but the shipping updates were slower than they probably needed to be and the website felt a bit clunky to deal with. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I expected from an authorized seller. I’d use them again if the price made it worth it.

"Glad I Gave Them a Try"
I was a little unsure at first, but I’m glad I tried TruTech Tools. They have a really solid selection, especially for HVAC tools and testing equipment, and I actually found a few items there that were harder to compare or track down on other sites. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that some categories felt a bit crowded, so it took me a little while to sort through everything. Still, the range of tools and brands is good, and I felt relieved to find what I needed. I’d definitely check them again next time.

I’ve ordered from trutechtools.com a few times for work, and overall it’s been a decent experience. The tools showed up in good shape and worked like they should, so no complaints there. One order did take longer than I expected though, and I didn’t love how slow the updates were. It’s not a bad site at all, I just wish the service was a little more consistent...

I had to exchange a tool, and to be fair, it did get handled in the end. But the replies took a while, and I kind of felt like I was left waiting and figuring things out on my own. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the return steps had been clearer from the start so I didn’t have to stress over what to do next.

I ordered from trutechtools.com and ended up needing to reach out to customer service with a question. They did eventually get back to me, and the person was polite and answered what I needed, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. But the wait was longer than I expected, and it made me second-guess the purchase a bit. I don’t feel completely burned or anything, just kind of wishing I had checked other options first. Overall, it was average for me.

My first impression when the order showed up was decent overall. Shipping from TruTech Tools was smooth, and one of the items felt solid right out of the box. But the other one kind of threw me off — it had a cheaper feel than I expected, and the case didn’t close quite right. Nothing was awful, and the tools do work okay, but based on that initial feel, I expected a bit better for the price. Overall, I’d say the quality was hit or miss for me.

"Promo code finally worked, but not without a little runaround"
I ordered from TruTech Tools mainly because they had a promo code going, but of course the discount didn’t actually apply when I checked out. I had to email support and wait around for them to sort it out, which made me wonder if it was one of those deals that only works if you chase it down. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, so I’ll give them that. Still, the whole thing was more of a hassle than it needed to be.

My order from trutechtools arrived in really good shape. The box was sturdy, and everything inside was wrapped well enough that nothing was sliding around or banging into anything. No dents, no broken pieces, none of the usual stuff I half-expect when a package shows up. Reading between the lines, it felt like they actually put some thought into how they packed it, which I definitely appreciated.

I have ordered from Trutech Tools a few times now, and the loyalty points have been a nice little bonus. They build up without much effort, and I was able to use them on my last order, which was great. It is not totally perfect, and I do wish the points info was a little clearer sometimes, but overall I have had a good experience with it.

I ordered a few fittings and a gauge from trutechtools.com, and everything showed up just like I picked it online. Nothing was missing, no wrong sizes, and no weird random substitutes, which was really nice. The packing slip was super easy to check too. Simple order overall, but they got it exactly right. I’d definitely use them again

"I’ve been a loyal customer for a while…"
I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so I was a little torn after this order. A few of the items shipped without any problems, which I appreciated, but some of the tools I really needed ended up being out of stock. I wish the inventory online had been more accurate before I placed the order. I still like the brand and want to keep using them, but this was definitely a frustrating experience.
